when I came back to the site to try again to integrate the forms on our site, there was no more form on our account. I would like to know if it is possible to get them back?

    Hi Veronique lmbo,

When I checked out your Jotform account registered under the email address: veronicaimbo@gmail.com, I can see there is a one form available. Have you deleted recently the forms? Can you please check the trash folder of your Jotform account? If you have deleted the form, then the form will go to the trash folder. You can restore the deleted form by accessing the trash folder in your account. Within 30 days from the date you delete the form, you can recover it. After 30 days, it gets automatically purged, and we can't restore it. Let me show you how you can access the trash folder in your account:

    • Go to My Forms Page, where you see Create Forms in the orange color.
    • Scroll all the way down from the left side of the panel.
    • Click on the Trash icon. That's it.How to restore the form from the trash folder? Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10

If not, then can you please share with us the form URLs in questions so, we can check and find out what's going on? Do you have any other Jotform account? If yes, then can you please check that Jotform account as well?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Thank you very much for your help, I did not find any form in the 'trash' section. I do not understand why our forms are all gone. Is-what you could have access to all our old forms create? If not, I understand, thank you.

    Hi Veronique,

Can you also check if the forms happened to have been archived and unarchive them? Just a heads-up that we’ll need to do that on the Desktop version of Jotform. It's easy, let me show you how:

    • Open your My Forms page.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, scroll down and click on Archive.
    • Choose the archived form that you want to unarchive and then click on More.
    • In the dropdown menu, just scroll down and click on Unarchive and that's it. You're done.

Now, that form will be in your list of forms on your My Forms page. If you still can't find it there, do you happen to have the URL of the missing form?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
