New Google Sheets integration: Widget is not showing in the list of fields during mapping process

Can you plesae help with form 221255006828048?

The field "Shop Name" does not appear in Google Sheets, despite having removed and restarted the integration from scratch.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

As you can see, the field named "Shop Name" is showing on the list available for Google Sheets integration. I've cleared your form caches because, most of the time, that fixes the issue. Restart your Google Sheets integration again to see if it's working. If the issue still persists, try using a different Google account to see if it's going to work with it.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

I have tried:

1) Cleaning the browser cache

2) using a different browser

3) removing the integration and redoing it on the same google account

4) removing the integration and rebuilding it on a different google account

5) renaming the field

6) cloning the field with a different name

in none of the cases below I find the new old or new field in the list of exported fields!

Please let me know if there is anything else I Should try? I would like to avoid to clone the form unless there is a way to keep historical data.

When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

Our system shows that your form doesn't have any integration. Can you try integrating Google Sheets again? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Also, you can share a loom video with us.

as you can see, the field does not appear in the list of available fields so I do not proceed further.

Thanks for sharing a recording if your form. I cloned and tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Hi there @Raymond and @talhaeroglu - I'm having the same issue on my form. Form ID: 242377839718270. All my international phone number widgets are not exporting to Google Sheets. I tried everything so far. This was a cloned form and the export worked on the original as well.
