Je suis Josemar St-Victor, titulaire des comptes Jotform « Haiti » et « Ayiti ». Je n'arrive pas à accéder à mon compte « Ayiti » car je n'ai pas pu retrouver le code d'authentification à six chiffres et mes codes de récupération sont déjà utilisés.
La fonction « Authentification à deux facteurs » est activée.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We can reset the 2FA of your Ayiti account so that you can log in to it without requiring you to input a code. But first, please provide the information needed below to verify that you are the account owner:
- The last 4 digits of the credit card:
- Expiration date:
- Amount charged:
- Type of card (Visa, Amex, etc):
- Date of transaction:
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

I've gone ahead and disabled 2FA, you should now be able to log in to your account without being prompted to enter a security verification after entering your password.
