Report not showing graph va;lue

    In my form, one element, "the emoji slider" is neither pooping the data value in the Jot form report graph nor in the pdf editor. Please help me out with these.

    Hi Akash,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you confirm if you have followed exactly the steps provided on our guide about How to Create a Visual Report With Your Form Submissions?

    You may also try to recreate the emoji slider and make a report in that form to see if the issue occurs to all your forms, or it's just affecting the form you reported. I also cleared your form caches to refresh your data and help your forms work faster and efficiently.

    I tried but still no data is being shown in the graph of emoji slider.

    Hi Akash,

    When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. Our Developers are working on the issue as fast as they can. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

    And moreover I want to add data grid for this graph also. Can you help me out on this too.

    Hi Akash,

    You can add a Grid in your report from your report element. Let me show you how:

    1. In Report Builder, go to Add Element.
    2. Click on Grid element and add it to your Report.
    3. Next, click on Gear icon in Grid and you can select which element you want to keep.

    Hi Akash,

    For the input table field, I'm afraid you can only choose between the Column and Bar type.

    Our developers are already aware of the issue. Although we don’t have a solution yet, rest assured, we’ll keep working on this until it's resolved. We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
