    What about starting a monthly subscription with the customer? Possible using your form? Thanks

    Hello,

    If you would like to use Stripe ACH, unfortunately, this payment integration does not have an option to sell subscriptions. 

    But, you could use some other payment integrations to set up recurring payments for your customers: How-to-Setup-a-Recurring-Payment-Option
