Hi Maa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Maa,
Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that this email is usually sent if you log in to your Jotform account on a new device for the first time. If you did not authorize the login, you can view your account history/activity logs to see the actions taken while another user logged in the account. You will also see the IP address of the device that was logged in and verify it belongs to you. Let me show you how:
- In My Forms Dashboard, click on your Avatar/profile picture located on the upper right side of the page and click on Settings.
- Go to History.
3. Choose a custom date range from July 20th to 21st.
4. Choose All Actions.
For the two-factor authentication, we do send logging authentication codes to our users if we detect multiple devices that are being used on an account, can you please confirm if you are receiving that?
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Maa,
Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you can use your email to log in to your account. If you're having trouble with your password, you can reset it. Let me show you how:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
