Jotform App: Unable to edit the text when sharing the app with WhatsApp.

My Whatsapp will only allow to forward the link and not share the app and i can't change the text in the message. I'm not sure what i could be doing wrong here? Wondered if you could assist please?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to edit a message using WhatsApp, all you need to do is click the message field and enter your message.

Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? You may also take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us. This guide will show you how to do that.

Thank you for your prompt response. I don't get the option like the guide suggests. This is what i get

So i type in the name and it 'forwards' it to the person, there is no option to change/edit the message text. On the right hand side is what they receive. I'm not sure why this happens.

Another way of sharing the app is by adding a Share button in the App. Check out this screencast below:

If the first method does not work, you can try using the other method of sharing.
