I would like to embed our jotform forms in our salesforce digital experience pages. you provide HTML to do this but it has a Script tag in it that salesforce doesn't accept. Could you send me detailed information on how to do this?

Hi Diego,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please explain a bit more about what you're trying to do? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
If you would like to embed the Salesforce Form into your website, you will need to create a form first using the Salesforce App Exchange, and from there you can use the Embed Code of your Salesforce Form. Let me show you how:
- Go to your Salesforce Account and click the 9-dot menu.
- Select App Launcher.
- Search Jotform and click it.
- It will then be redirected to search results in Salesforce AppExchange, and click Get It Now.
- Click the Setup tab, and log in to your Jotform Account.
- Click Allow on the pop-up window to give access to your Jotform Account. Then, you can now create or access your My Forms dashboard inside the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Then, go to the Form Builder of the form you would like to embed and select the Publish tab.
- Click Embed on the left panel and Copy Code. Then paste it into your website builder.
If this is not exactly what you're looking for, please let us know.

Thank you Joeni but that option doesn't work.
I already have the jotform from appexchange in my salesforce instance. We are using digital experience in our websites, so the way this is supposed to work is that we have to add a lightning component to the website. It is an HTML editor. But the HTML code that jotform gives me has a <script> tag in it that is not supported by salesforce.
if you want you can use the following link to schedule a meeting with me so I can explain better. I am copying a screenshot from salesforce anyway

Hi Diego,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can use your form's iframe code and add it to the HTML editor in Salesforce. Please note that you will need to remove the <script> tag in the iframe. So basically, you will use the code from the <iframe> to </iframe>. Here's how to do it:
- Click Publish in Form Builder.
- Go to the Embed tab.
- Select the iFrame option.
- Click the Copy Code button.
- Then, remove the code from the script tag after the </iframe> tag.
- Paste it in the HTML Editor in Salesforce.
Can you give it a try and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Thanks for the quick response. I believe it worked. I am attaching another file where you can see the errors it gave me. I removed those three attributes and it worked well, but I am not sure what those attributes are for.. do you know?

Hi Diego,
Thanks for getting back to us. It is good to know that it is now working using the iFrame code. I believe the attributes that it is referring to are parts of the code that are not allowed to be used in their system. To further understand these specifications, I would suggest checking this attributes overview page from Salesforce.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
