Creating your form is easy, but first you have to put the elements into your form before you can fill it out. Let me show you how.

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
2. Click on your desired Form Elements ( Full Name, Email, Phone and Address) and drag them to your form field. You have now created a simple Form.
