Dúvida de assinatura

Olá, bom dia.

Gostaria de criar uma formulário que permita a assinatura de mais de uma pessoa no mesmo arquivo, é possível?

Também gostaria de entender se há a possibilidade de uma pessoa preencher o formulário e direcionar para outras para dar sequencia no preenchimento do mesmo arquivo? (a ideia seria o colaborador preencher e assinar, encaminhar para o gestor validar, preencher uma parte e por fim também assinar).

I understand that you want to create a form that allows two people to complete it. You can achieve this by setting up an edit link for the second signer. Once the first signer has signed the form, the second signer will receive a notification to edit the form. Additionally, you can apply conditional logic to redirect the user based on their response to the form question.

1. Create the form and have the first person submit it.

2. Set the notification email to be sent to person 2. This can either be a specific person or one they enter as a form field value.

3. Include an edit link in this email so that person 2 can make edits.

4. Configure emails to be sent after the form has been edited and submitted again.

5. Ensure that for the second set of emails in your email notifications, they are set to send on edit. In contrast, you probably don't want the first notification to be sent again on edit.
