    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Now, let me help you with your question. We're very sorry for the difficulties you've experienced. Please note that by default, the files are protected so you can only download them while logged in to your account. Your session is valid for about 2 hours, after this period you will need to log in again. You can disable the requirement to login when downloading a file. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Forms, click your Profile picture at the top-right of the navigation.
    2. In the drop-down menu, click on Settings.
    3. In the column on the left side, click on Security.
    4. Finally, uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files under the Privacy options.
