Verificamos aqui no Jotform que os e-mails dos formulários estão sendo enviados normalmente. Os destinatários não estão na bounce list e, pelos nossos registros, os envios foram concluídos com sucesso.
O que acontece depois é que o próprio servidor do destinatário devolve a mensagem com o erro “The e-mail account that you tried to reach does not exist”. Isso indica que a rejeição está ocorrendo internamente na configuração de e-mail da Guarida, e não durante o envio feito pelo Jotform.
Recomendamos que verifiquem se o endereço gsc.cs@*******.com.br está ativo, sem redirecionamentos incorretos, e sem alguma regra interna de entrega que possa estar bloqueando mensagens externas. Também é importante checar se o provedor não está rejeitando o remetente configurado no formulário.
