Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that your page is not loading in the Jotform Mobile App on your iPad. Let me help you with that:
- Make sure your iPad is connected to a stable internet connection, either Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- Close the Jotform app completely and reopen it. To do this, swipe up from the bottom of the screen (or double-click the Home button), then swipe the Jotform app off the screen to close it.
- Check if the app is updated to the latest version. On your iPad, open the App Store, tap your profile icon at the top right, and scroll to see if an update for Jotform is available. If so, tap Update.
- Restart your iPad and try opening the Jotform app again.
- If the page still doesn’t load, try logging in from a different device or using a web browser to access your forms.
