Como altero a URL de meu formulário?

Eu tenho o pacote Silver e dentro dos benefícios esta "sem branding"

Ao criar o formulário de pesquisa personalizado esta saindo a marca da Jotform.
O que devo fazer?

Segue em anexo o erro e o link que esta errado.

Obrigado por entrar em contato com o suporte Jotform. Usar seu próprio domínio no link do formulário, como no exemplo abaixo, está disponível apenas com o Jotform Empresas:

https://forms.yourcompanydomain.com/formId

Mas você pode adicionar uma URL personalizada ao seu formulário. Veja como fazer isso:

1. Em Meus Formulários, passe o mouse sobre o formulário e clique em Editar Formulário no lado direito da página.
2. Em Criador de Formulários, clique em Publicar na barra de navegação laranja no topo da página.
3. Clique no ícone de lápis abaixo do botão Configurações.

Edite o link do seu formulário, clique em Aplicar, e pronto! Agora, o link do seu formulário ficará parecido com o exemplo abaixo:

https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname

If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Also, we can take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.

Então essa alteração que você mostrou é apenas no nome do formulário, porém gostaria de alterar o domínio mostrando meu domínio para o usuário conforme descrito.

O site diz que somente o plano empresarial pode alterar o domínio, porémo plano sillver diz "sem branding".

I see you are referring to the domain. I'm afraid using custom domains is only available in the Enterprise Version. The "no branding" feature in the pricing page refers to the branding added in the forms when sharing it with your users, like the one below:
