Liberação espaço Upload

    Bom dia!

    Exclui formulários, exclui arquivos enviados, liberou espaço no upload, mas nossos formulário continua bloqueado. Também fiz a limpeza de cache e não adiantou.

    Como faço para liberar esses formulários para nossos clientes, por favor?

    Good morning!

    I deleted forms, deleted uploaded files, and freed up space for uploads, but our forms are still blocked. I also cleared the cache, but it didn't help.

    How can I release these forms for our customers, please?

    Hi Pessato_financeiro,

    One possible solution is to check is the Trash folder. When you delete forms or submissions, they go there first and still take up space until you permanently delete them.

    Try this:

    1. Go to your Trash folder.
    2. Look for the deleted forms or submissions.
    3. Select them and choose to delete them forever.

    After doing this, your upload space should free up and your forms should work again.

    Fiz esse procedimento, conforme olhei nos fóruns na internet, mas mesmo assim não estava funcionando.

    Agora desativei um formulário e liberou, mas é estranho, porque temos 5 formulários disponíveis e só foi possível quando desativei 1.

    Hi Pessato_financeiro,

    It’s interesting that deactivating one form helped free up space. Even after deleting files and emptying the trash, there is limit on how many active forms you can have or how much space is actually free. Also, sometimes the system might need some time to fully update after changes.

    Now, coming back to your question, when you delete and purge your submission data, it will be added to the queue where the submission data will be completely removed from the system and free up the Upload Space. You can also contact us to manually update your account Upload Space after deleting and purging your submission data or forms.
