Não estou conseguindo de jeito nenhum usar meu webmail para enviar os termo.

Meu email remetente smtp simplismente não para de dar erro mesmo com as informações corretas.
Já alterei a senha e tentesi de novo, troquei as portas e até o certificado e continua dando erro!!!
O que vocês podem fazer pra solucionar, pois meu webmail está 100% funcional e não está indo de jeito nenhum como remetente.

Now, coming back to your question, if everything looks correct on your end and the issue persists, it’s best to reach out to your IT department or email hosting provider to verify the following:

• The SMTP username and password are accurate and up to date
• SMTP access is enabled for the email account
• The server supports external SMTP connections from platforms like Jotform
• There are no IP restrictions or firewall rules blocking Jotform’s servers
• Whether an app-specific password is required (especially if 2FA is enabled)

Once they confirm everything is configured correctly, you can try setting up the SMTP again in your form. You can easily set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:

1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
