recebi essa mensagem ontem após o problema de vocês com o Cloudflare. esse print que vou mandar mostra a parte que estou configurando a mesma senha anterior e não está indo!
Agora apresenta uma falha no envio de emails teste. como resolver isso e por que está acontecendo isso? -

Now, coming back to your question, the error message you received is caused by the SMTP credentials you entered when setting up your account's Sender Emails, which might be incorrect. With that, you can check with your email service or hosting provider to validate and get the correct credentials.
You can also check out this SMTP Test Tool to try out the settings you're trying to use for your Jotform account, to test the connection you have with the credentials you're going to use.
