Desconto nos planos

Bom dia

Represento o setor administrativo da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Irati-Pr. Solicitei desconto no plano anual PRATA para educador, visto que seria para uso na secretaria. No entanto recebi a mensagem abaixo:

Obrigado por solicitar o desconto educacional de 50%.

Para que possamos considerar sua solicitação, por favor, altere o endereço de e-mail do perfil da conta para um que corresponda à instituição de ensino para a qual você está se candidatando: domínio Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Irati-PR .

Assim que você tiver alterado, por favor, entre em contato conosco por meio desta cadeia de e-mails.

Porém, não temos e-mail institucional com domínio, nem site próprio. Temos apenas uma página, dentro do site da prefeitura da cidade.

O que poderia ser feito para conseguir o desconto?

I've just got an update from the relevant team, in which if you check your pricing page you can see the discount applied on the account. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
