Why are emails not arriving correctly?

    We are experiencing an issue with automatic email delivery. Only two mailboxes from our domain are not receiving emails from the sender noreply@jotform.com.

    We have already added the domains and IP addresses to our safelist, and we have also included spf1.jotform.com and spf2.jotform.com in our SPF record, as shown in the attached screenshot, but the issue persists.
