Limite de visualização de formulário atingido

    Bom dia,


    Estou a testar o Jotform e após lançar uma campanha e-mail marketing que encaminha para formulário, foi verificado que o formulário excedeu o limite de visualização.


    O formulário em questão é "Avisos Portugal 2030, PRR e IEFP".


    Peço que indiquem quais as consequências dessa situação + como ultrapassar?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, every time someone opens your form, whether directly or through a webpage where it's embedded, it counts as a form view. Right now, you're at 4,035 views out of your 1,000 limit, which means you've gone beyond the current monthly limit. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for your monthly usage to reset or upgrade your account to increase your limits.

    Does that mean that no one can see the form until the monthly limit renewal?

    Yes, that's correct. When you exceed your monthly form view limit, your form will be disabled. Users won’t be able to access or submit the form until the limit resets, or you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.

    Ok, I understand.

    Sorry to ask you this, but in this case I already sent an e-mail marketing directing to that specific form.

    Could you exceptionaly reset that count so I can get leads?

    Hi webmktreward,

    It's not possible for us to reset your Form Views limit. We can do that with Upload Space, but not with the other monthly limits. To make your forms accessible again, you can either upgrade to a higher plan, or wait for your monthly limits to reset, which will be on May 1st, 2025. If you chose to Upgrade your Account, let me show you how to do that:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
