Como tornar obrigatório assistir a um vídeo antes de prosseguir em um formulário?

Gostaria de montar um formulário onde eu pudesse deixar como obrigatório que assistam o vídeo até o final - não permitindo passar pra outra questão ou tela sem terminar de assistir. Te como?
