Now, coming back to your question, When I cloned and checked your Agendamento de Consulta | Inclusa Associação form, your Workflow is not yet finished. The reason why you're getting that error is because Approval element has outcomes, and it should be connected to an element in Workflow Builder.

Depending on how do you want the Workflow to proceed after the approval process, you can add an element to connect onto it. For example, if you want to send and email, you can add an email element to the Workflow. Let me show you how:

1. In Workflow Builder, click on the Add Element button and add an Email element to the Workflow.

2. Connect the Links from the Approval element to the Email element and then select an Outcome.
