Meu formuláro não aparece no workspace

Boa tarde.

Não encontro meu formulário no meu workspace, ao entrar em jotform.com sou redirecionado para https://www.jotform.com/myworkspace/ porém não existe nada la. Também não está em arquivo nem na lixeira. Só consigo acessar meu formulário por este link: https://www.jotform.com/build/250836416154052

About the issue, let me show you how to find your forms:

1. In your My Workspace, click the Type button at the right part of the page.
2. Tick the checkbox for forms.
