Hello!
I'm trying to open the app user's guide but isn't working. I'm not able to manage my app's users.
Any ideia of what's happening? -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked one of our Jotform Apps guides, everything worked fine the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my result:
Can you share with us the URL that you're trying to get access to so that we can better assist you? In the meantime, try using a different browser or device to see if that would make any difference.

Hi Rene!
I'm trying to access the user's control panel, but is not working anymore. When I click on the 'view all' button, I'm redirected to my workspace.
After I click on the 'view all' button, I'm redirected to this page (view print below). So I click on th table icon, but nothing happens. A few days ago, when I clicked on the 'view all' button, I was redirected to a control panel, where I could manage all the users of my app.

Hi Luiz,
We can look into this for you. We just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hi Luiz,
When I tested your app while logged in to your account, I was able to reproduce the issue. However, the feature was working fine on my clone app:
Before we escalate this issue to the relevant team, can you try clearing your browser caches and cookies and try it again to see if that works? If the same thing happens again, try using a different browser or device to see if that would make any difference.
Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
