About your question, you can Prevent Spam Form Submissions by adding Captcha. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose Captcha.
3. Click on the gear icon at the right side of the field to open Captcha Properties.
4. Under Captcha Properties, select a Captcha type.
