Cancelamento de subscrição

    Boa tarde,

    Fiz upgrade do meu plano para bronze no dia 11/03/2025. Porém, hoje dia 18/03/2025 fiz o cancelamento do mesmo. Como se procede o reembolso?

Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, to request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.
