    Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.     Now, coming back to your question, as I can see in our system, the account associated to your email address is still active, it's not deleted. So, you might be able to log in your account. This could be a temporary issue, or coming from some browser extension. Can you make a try using another web browser, or using your browser private mode?
