To clarify, would you like the field to be required only twice every month? For example, March 12, 2025, will be Wednesday, and after that it will be required again on March 26, 2025? Also, if we make the field mandatory every 15 days, that would be March 15, 2025, and it will be mandatory again by March 30, 2025.

If you want the field to be required only twice every month on Wednesday, you need to add a Date Picker element, and we can set it to Current Date, then we will also need to add an Enable/Require/Mask Field condition. Let me show you how:

First, we need to add a Date Picker and set it to Current Date:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper-left side of the page.

2. Under the Basic tab, click on the Date Picker and drag and drop to your field. 

3. Click on the Date Picker field, and click on the Gear icon to open Date Picker Properties.

4. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Options tab, then click on Current under Default Date.

Then, we need to hide the Date Picker we've added. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Date Picker field.

2. Click on the Gear icon to open Date Picker Properties.

3. Then, click on the Advanced tab, and toggle the Hide field to the On position.

After that, we'll go ahead and set up the condition. Let me help you with that:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.

3. Now, click on Add a New Condition.

4. Then, select on Enable/Require/Mask Field. 

5. Then, set the condition like you see below and click on Save.

The condition added is for March 12, 2025, and the second condition is for March 26, 2025. In this condition, the Configurable List widget will be required only if the current date on the Date Picker is on March 12 and 26. But you might need to manually change the Value in the Condition. And you also need to add multiple Date Picker element for each Configurable List widget to your form. Check out my screenshot below to see my results:
