    Hello. No problem, we can continue with the service in English. I made two forms, one to set up a company and the other I saved so I could apply it to the inventory of the company I work for. Can you tell me which one is this phishing? And since we collect customer data, is there a possibility of me being suspended again?

    Hi Laura,

    The form that flagged as phishing is the form named Formulário para alteração. The relevant team is reviewing your form and once they reach out, I'll update to this thread.

    As for your last question, yes, you can be suspended again if your form have violations. Check out our Terms of Use page to see the data that is not allowed to be collected into your forms.

    This change form is used to change company data if the customer requests it. He would fill it out himself... I didn't finish this form, I made a copy of the incorporation form so I could edit from there. How can I prevent these company forms from being suspended? Can I put a password? I can give you the contact details of our company's CEO if you would like to speak to her about this.     Hi Laura,

    I just heard back from the relevant team. After checking the form that was tagged as phishing, the form contains a field using the word senha which triggered the suspension, the field has been deleted, and the account is now active. So you should be able to log in now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
