Olá, equipe Jotform,
Estou enfrentando dois problemas com meus formulários na plataforma e gostaria de pedir ajuda:
- Rascunhos não são salvos corretamente: Ao salvar o formulário como rascunho, ele desaparece quando tento reabri-lo para continuar o preenchimento, forçando-me a preenchê-lo novamente desde o início. Tenho um vídeo mostrando esse problema.
- Envio de formulários: Quando envio o formulário, alguns desaparecem e não consigo encontrá-los, o que me obriga a refazê-los completamente. Esse problema ocorre esporadicamente.
Esses problemas estão impactando meu trabalho, pois preciso refazer os formulários e seus envios. Podem me ajudar a resolvê-los?

Our Portuguese support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I also tried to save another and open it on my Draft file, and it works perfectly as well:
I've cleared your Form Caches to see if that will make changes to your form.

I cloned your form and tested it on the Jotforom Mobile app to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast here to see my results.
Are you using the latest version of the Jotform Mobile app? You can try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again. If the same thing happens again, can you share the screenshot of the mobile device model that you are using? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi tecnicosmultmed,
Can you tell us if you're using the latest version of the Jotform app? You can share a screenshot of your Jotform Mobile App settings showing the current version so we can further investigate. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that. In the meantime, please log out of the app first, clear the app cache, log back in, and then check the saved drafts again.
