    nie zapisaly mi sie dane z formularza offline a wy nie dajecie dostepu do ppodejrzeniamz na moim urzadzeniu gdzie sa pliki zapisane offline bo pewnie usupelnialem stara wersje formularza a nowa sie synchronizowala pozniej

    Now, coming back to your question, I’d like to explain how offline mode works in the Jotform app on iPad:

    • Offline forms allow you to collect data without an internet connection. The data is stored locally on your iPad and automatically syncs with Jotform once the device reconnects to the internet.
    • In offline mode, you cannot edit forms, only collect responses.
    • If you collect a large number of responses offline, synchronization may take a while once you’re back online.
    • Files saved locally in the app cannot be previewed, as the data is stored temporarily until synchronization is complete.
    • If you filled out an older version of a form and a newer version synced later, this may cause the data not to be saved or synchronized properly.

    I recommend ensuring you are using the latest version of a form before starting offline work, and enabling offline mode for the necessary forms in the app. If the issue continues, it’s worth checking the stability of your internet connection during synchronization and making sure the app is updated to the latest version.

    Jeśli wypełniłeś starszą wersję formularza, a później zsynchronizowałeś nowszą, może to spowodować, że dane nie zostaną zapisane lub zsynchronizowane prawidłowo. tak wlasnie bylo jak moge to cofnac? i przywrocic odpowiedzi. to dla mnie bardzo wazne bo mam tak kontakty na ogromne kontrakty...

    When it comes to filling out an older version of a form and then syncing with a newer version, unfortunately, there is no way to restore offline data that wasn’t properly saved or synchronized because of version conflicts. If a form is completed offline in an outdated version and a newer version later syncs, the data may not be stored correctly or could be overwritten during the process, leading to the loss of those responses.

    To prevent this issue in the future, make sure you are always using the most up-to-date version of the form before working offline, and try to sync your data regularly whenever you have internet access to minimize the risk of conflicts.
