I also need to add a unique number to each request. Is there also a good addon to use?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Unique ID field could be useful for you. Let me show you how to use it:

1. In your Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element + and click on the Widgets tab.

2. Search for the Unique ID widget, then drag and drop it to your form.

3. Click on the Unique ID field and click on the Gear icon. In the General tab, you can edit the field settings. If you want a sequential increment, select Sequential Numbers as Unique ID Generation Method.
