How to publish exact form to PDF?

    Hi,


    I made a great JOT form, and I like how it looks like in the body of the email.

    But I want that exact layout to be also in my PDF.

    Is there a simple way to do this?

A few of the form fields do not look the same when added to the PDF; therefore, depending on what fields are available on your form, it might be possible to make the PDF look like the form. Could you please share the URL of the form you're working on with us?
