Jotform compliant to EU Accessibility Act

Hi, can you confirm JOTform is compliant with the upcoming EU directive EU Accessibility Act?

If you enable the form setting Form Accessibility, your form will be Section 508 according to WCAG 2.1 standards, where Jotform is Level A and Level AA compliant. All elements on the Form Builder have alt-text functionality for people with visual impairments or cognitive disabilities, allowing you to create an accessible form for your audience.
