Formulier werkt niet goed bij het klikken op een link

Goedemorgen,

Als iemand op de link op de website naar ons formulier drukt, opent er automatisch een email met mijn emailadres en wordt het formulier niet geopend. Hoe kan dit?

Ik hoor het graag en alvast bedankt voor de reactie.

Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, can you send us a recorded video on how you encounter the issue so we can try testing it on our end? You can use Loom, or any screen recording platform, and send the video link here. Can you also provide some more information so we can check the issue further? I actually checked the app on our end, and it seems that it is working properly.
