Another question that we have stumbled upon: would it be possible to change the general date format in jotform?
We currently receive notifications where the format is month - day -year. We would like to use the European version; day-month-year.
I have changed it in my settings but does that change automatically for the whole company?

Hi Britt,
Unfortunately, changing the date format in your account settings doesn't apply to any of the date fields in Jotform. Are you using the Date Picker field? If yes, then let me show you how to change its date format:
In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of your Date Picker field.
From the Options tab, select your preferred Date Format.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Hi Britt,
Can you send us the link to the form so we can check it? It seems that the form belongs to a different owner. You have to ask the form owner to make you a Collaborator so you can make changes to the form. Let me walk you through this:
In Form Builder, click on Add Collaborators on the upper right side of the page.
Same as the other question. Our admin is not working so she cannot add me as an collaborator. Is that something you would be able to do?
Thanks in advance Britt

Hi Britt,
Again, as I've also mentioned here, your colleague is the only one who can give you access to the form as a Collaborator. We do offer multiple users, but you have to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. Alternatively, you can ask your admin to temporarily change the account email address to the one you're using. Just make sure that it's not yet associated with Jotform. You can't use the email address of your current Jotform account. Or, you can also ask her to create a ticket here in the forum and request to change the email address to another one.
