Gegevens verwijderd in Jotform-tabellen

Hallo,

om een foutmelding op te lossen zijn er 2 velden verwijderd van 18-7 toverland in het volgende formulier: https://form.jotform.com/241554295250051. Kunnen jullie hiervan de data terughalen. De velden zijn dus verwijderd in het formulier, maar nu zoek ik de data er achter.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

About the issue, once the fields are deleted the previous submission data for those fields will be gone. To recover the data, you need to revert to the previous version of the form and then download the submission data to get a copy. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click the link below the Title of your form.
2. Under the Revision History, click the previous version then select Revert.

Once Reverted, Go to your Jotform Tables to Download the data. Let me show you how:

1. In your Jotform Tables, select the submission data.
2. At the upper right part of the page, click Download All.
3. Then select download as Excel.

Once you have the copy of the data, you can now revert back to the form version you want.
