Hide certain values based on selected answer in a field

Is it possible to have certain values hidden in a field based on a selected value in a previous field?

When selecting value 46E3:

As result in next field the values marked yellow, hidden:

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. As to how I understand it, you would like certain options hidden from the field based on the selected answer from another field, is that correct? If so, that's not possible unfortunately. You can only show or hide the field itself, conditionally.
