Jotform App - Request to send the Push notification to assigned users when someone completes the form

E' possibile far arrivare le notifiche su mobile ad una persona a cui è stato assegnato un modulo?

Esempio ho il pacchetto silver con agprenotazioni@gmail.com e ho un pacchetto starter con egidiobadolato@gmail.com

se assegno un modulo a egidiobadolato@gmail.com quest'ultimo puo ricevere le notifiche su mobile quando qualcuno invia una richiesta?

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Purtroppo, al momento, solo il proprietario del modulo può ricevere una notifica push sul proprio dispositivo mobile quando un modulo viene inviato.

In alternativa, nel suo modulo, può configurare un Email di Notifica per il suo collaboratore. In questo modo potrà ricevere un Email ogni volta che il modulo è stato inviato. Le spiego come fare:

1. Nel Costruttore di Moduli, nella barra di navigazione arancione in cima alla pagina, fate clic su Impostazioni.
2. Nel menu a sinistra della pagina, fate clic sulla scheda Email.
3. A questo punto, fate clic su + Aggiungi un'e-mail.
4. Selezionare E-mail di Notifica.
5. Fare clic sulla scheda Destinatari. Poi scorrere in basso e aggiungere l'indirizzo e-mail del suo assegnatario nel campo Email Destinatario.
6. Infine fare clic su Salva in fondo alla pagina.

Ecco fatto in questo modo può far ricevere un email di notifica alla persona a cui ha assegnato il modulo.

Inoltre, poiché la funzione che sta cercando non è al momento disponibile, abbiamo inoltrato la sua richiesta ai nostri sviluppatori, ma quando o se verrà sviluppata dipende dal loro carico di lavoro, da quanto è fattibile e da quante altre persone la richiederanno. Se ci saranno aggiornamenti, torneremo su questa discussione e glielo faremo sapere.

We would like to give you the latest improvements. We have implemented the Push Notification feature for Jotform Apps, but please note that this feature is currently in Beta.

You can now send push notifications, display a custom permission modal, and track your apps metrics through Jotform Apps. Let me show you how to do it:

• In App Builder, click on Settings in the purple navigation bar at the top of the page. Then, on the left side of the page, click on Push Notifications.
• After that, toggle Enable Push Notifications option to On position. 
• Now, you can edit Notification Title and Content. After that, you can send it by clicking on Send.

Here's a preview of how Push Notifications on a mobile device:

You can also edit your permission request message that displays in the app. Here’s how to do that:

• Click on Edit Permission Request under Enable Push Notifications section and then you can change the title and contents of the permission request.

You can also view the metrics of your notifications under the Push Notification History section. This section contains metrics such as how many subscribers you have, how many of them clicked on the sent notification, etc. 

Please note that you’re only able to send these notifications if the app users allow them after adding the app to their home screen.
