Custom URL is showing "App not Found"

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked, and it seems that the issue is using the custom URL. I checked the app, and it is active, you should not have any issues accessing it. Let me show you how to generate the correct custom URL in your App:

1. In App Builder, in the purple navigation bar, go to Publish.

2. In the Your App Link section, click on the Pencil icon, then click on Copy Link.

You should now have the correct custom URL for your app.
