ho collegato la mia AI a WhatsApp e attualmente, quando un utente chiede di parlare con un operatore, prendo io il controllo della chat. Vorrei capire come posso successivamente restituire il controllo all’AI, in modo che torni a rispondere automaticamente agli utenti.

Now, coming back to your question about returning the conversation to the AI Agent after you took control of the chat. The Take Over Chat feature allows an operator to take control of an active AI-managed conversation to provide real-time assistance. When an operator takes control, a notification appears in the chat indicating the operator's entry.
Currently, it’s not possible to reset a conversation so that the AI automatically takes back control, but you can easily get the AI responding again by deleting the active conversation and starting a new one. For this reason, we recommend closing or deleting the conversation once the operator is finished so the AI can smoothly continue handling future requests.
