Missing form elements

Hello,

when i ask the preview or i public my page, it doesm't show "bratwurst" and two kind of "birra". I can see them only after refreshing the page. Why? Can you please correct these?

I hope you're doing well. I understand that some of your items do not automatically show when loading the form.

I've checked the form and it appears that you've accidentally left out these items unnamed

By default, the form thinks that these are not real options so they are hidden. Kindly rename these and the issue should be fixed.
