buongiorno
abbiamo ricevuto segnalazione dai nostri clienti che si stanno iscrivendo sul form Corso Sicilia 10/12 ottobre che quando selezionano bonifico come metodo di pagamento la pagina non va avanti se non si seleziona carta di credito o paypal
La cosa è strana perchè prenotazioni da chi ha scelto bonifico sono arrivate, ma abbiamo fatto anche noi la prova poco fa ed in effetti se selezioniamo bonifico va sulla scelta pagamento carta o paypal
come possiamo risolvere?

Now, coming back to your question, keep in mind that the payment integration is tied to the product list field, so if a product is selected, the form will require the user to pay using credit card or PayPal. Could you confirm if the field camera scelta is the one you are using to distinguish the order when the bank transfer option is selected? You can easily make the Product list or Payment Integration unrequired. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
- Once in Form Builder, right-click on the field you want to remove the requirement for, and click on Unrequire.
