Now, coming back to your question, you can consider using our iFrame embed widget to embed a Google Map into your form. Let me walk you through the steps:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element+ on the top left of your screen.

2. Click on Widgets under Form Elements.

3. After that, type iFrame Embed on the search bar.

4. Click or drag-and-drop the widget into your form.

5. Find your Google Map's embed code, such as:
