il file scaricato è in un altro formato, che allego non posso nemmeno allegarvi perché Jotform non lo accetta. Quindi non posso allegare nessun file in altri moduli.
Potete verificare?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested one of your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you try to download again the submission data as PDF and see if the issue still persists in your end? If so, for us to check on this further, we’ll need access to your account. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Thank you for enabling Support Access. I checked your tables and tested downloading PDFs. I ran into the same issue with some submissions. We've implemented a temporary fix for those 2 forms, and you should be able to download any PDF without the same issue happening.
I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers so that they can look into this an implement a more permanent solution to make sure this isn't an issue in the future. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here in this thread.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Purtroppo non abbiamo ricevuto ancora un aggiornamento dai nostri sviluppatori. Le assicuro che le faremo sapere non appena riceveremo un aggiornamento in merito.
Inoltre ho controllato i suoi moduli con ID 243253547209356 e 243293926121051 e con entrambi ho potuto scaricare il PDF senza problemi. Per caso sta avendo questo problema con altri moduli? Se si, potrebbe inviarci gli URL dei moduli, così potremo controllare?

Ho controllato tutti e tre i moduli e ho potuto verificare il problema solo con il modulo con ID 243652099579371, pertanto ho provveduto ad apportare una modifica momentanea che dovrebbe risolvere il problema fino a quando gli sviluppatori non troveranno una soluzione definitiva. Dunque provi e ci faccia sapere se continua ad avere questo problema.
Se il problema persiste, le chiedo di inviarci gli ID delle Risposte che non riesce a salvare come file PDF. Le mostro come può individuare gli ID delle Risposte su Tabelle:
- Ne Il Mio Workspace, selezionare il modulo da controllare e fare clic sul pulsante Risposte nella parte superiore della pagina.
- In Tabelle, copiare l'ID della Risposta e condividerlo con noi in questa discussione.
