Now, coming back to your question, it seems that the Submission PDF of your form wasn't automatically updated. To update it manually, here's how:

1. In Form Builder, click the Arrow button.
2. From the menu, click the PDF Editor.

3. Select the Document, find the question, and click the Trash icon to delete it.
4. From the Form Fields, add the field again.
5. Click the Gear icon to open the Settings.
6. Select Top Aligned for the question alignment.
