problema calcolo

Ciao a tutti, sto riscontrando un problema con il widget Calcolo nel mio modulo Jotform. Ho creato un modulo di prova con solo due domande Sì/No, a cui ho assegnato valori 0 e 1 alle risposte. Nel campo Calcolo ho impostato la somma di questi due campi, ma il risultato che ottengo è sempre un numero sbagliato, sembra casuale e non corrisponde alla somma dei valori scelti. Ho già verificato che:

• I valori assegnati alle risposte sono corretti (0 e 1).
• La formula nel widget Calcolo include solo i campi corretti, con il simbolo "+" tra di loro.
• Non ci sono valori predefiniti o condizioni che influenzano i campi.
• Ho provato a ricreare il widget Calcolo da zero.
• Non ci sono campi nascosti o duplicati.

Non ho un abbonamento a pagamento, quindi non posso contattare direttamente l'assistenza. Qualcuno ha avuto un problema simile o sa come risolverlo? Grazie mille!

As for your issue, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Form Calculation widget is included in the formula, which is why it creates a loop that generates a higher value than expected. To fix the issue, we need to remove the Form Calculation widget in the formula. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on your Form Calculation widget, and click on its Wand icon on its right side.
2. Remove the Form Calculation widget on the calculation field on the right side of the page.
3. Click on Save on the right side of the page.

Once done, the form will calculate the selected values properly. Check out the screencast below:
