Buongiorno,
vorrei segnalare che i workflow legati ai nostri seguenti moduli non risultano funzionare correttamente:

Le e-mail automatiche previste dal workflow (funzionante fino a poco fa) non vengono inviate.

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that email notifications on your Workflow are not being sent. Can you share with us the email addresses that are not receiving email notifications so that we can check?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Dear Anna,
thank you for your feedback. This morning the e-mail notifications started working again without doing anything. We "lost" some notifications but anyway recovered the information with some delay.
Is there a way to check if everything is running smoothly? I mean if there is a section where I can control a kind of log to see if there are some errors and the workflow is not working properly.

Hi jotform973,
You can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

Dear Vincenzo,
thank you for your reply and indications. This is now clear for me.
Is there a way to put an alert (e.g. an automated e-mail to a specific e-mail address) every time there is a "failed" status?
I'm asking because if we are not checking this log manually, and we are not notified, we cannot realize that the process is stopped.
If I receive the notification about a failure in the workflow, I can act to solve the problem, and in the meantime I can move the process forward.
Please let me know if there is a way to set these notifications for forms and related workflows/apps.

It is possible to set up an external notifier if your Jotform email alerts failed to send or were in the bounce list., but it cannot be configured directly on Jotform and requires a few advanced steps. Here you can find our full guide: How to Get Notified if Email Alerts Failed to Send.
