Buongiorno, ho questo sistema di workflow (https://eu.jotform.com/workflow/250903887360361/build) . Il primo modulo invia correttamente la mail (prova fatta su mail s.marinelli@lanternadidiogene.it) ma il secondo blocco non ha inviato la mail a sebastiano.dore@gmail.com.
Come mai?Invitata tramite il nostro SMTP e non il vostro.
C'è un modo per vedere le mail di notifica che escono dal mio account?

Now, coming back to your question, the second email you mention has been recorded to our bounce list because of the following reason:

So, I removed it from the bounce list, but you might want to fix the SPF/DKIM issue related to your custom SMTP to avoid the recipient email address to be back to our bounce list.
