Agente AI: non risponde correttamente a causa del conflitto tra azioni e base di conoscenza

    Ciao a tutti,
    la mia assitente AI Emma, va spesso in confusione, probabilmente perchè entrano in clonflitto le risposte della conoscenza di base e delle azioni.
    Credo che per le mie esigenze sia meglio la funzione delle azioni, piuttosto che quella della conoscenza di base.
    Ho pensato di risolvere il problema cancellando tutte le conoscenze di base e lasciando solo azioni.
    Pensate sia una buona idea?

    About your question, if the AI Agent responds correctly based on the actions you've set up, yes you may delete the knowledge that's conflicting with the action you've set up. Before you delete it, I recommend that you clone your AI Agent and make the changes 1st in the clone Agent for you to test it. Cloning an existing AI Agent in your account is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, hover your mouse over your form and click on More, on the right.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Clone.
    3. In the window that opens up, enter the Agent Name and click on Clone Agent.
